The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of buses, minibuses, coaches and bus bodies. The company was established in 1934 by Ramon Beulas and Narcis Pujol. It has its registered office in Arbúcies in the province of Girona. It is registered as a limited company. In the year 2000, the company introduced two coach versions--Aura and Cygnus. These new designs, in addition to the Gianino minibuses and Stergo Spica coaches, incorporate technological improvements. The company sells its products to customers in Germany and the United Kingdom. It also participates in international shows in the United Kingdom (Birmingham), Italy, France, Belgium, and Sweden (Stockholm).
